3 岛行程简介 – 敦沙卡兰国家海洋公园 Sibuan, Mantabuan & Boheydulang

0830 在潜店集合。Pick up from hotel

0900 码头上船。穿上救生衣。准备出发。Get ready for departure

0935 – 1200  珍珠岛- 600密登山。全程耗时2小时。必须穿上运动鞋。如果没有准备， 可以在山下租用鞋子。

Hiking at Boheydulang – 2 hours. Please wear sports shoes, strictly no slippers. Customers can rent shoes from Boheydulang office before hiking at RM5/pair.

1200 – 1230 午餐。Lunch break

1300 – 1500 出发军舰岛-长尾沙滩水质清晰。探访巴夭族村庄，浮潜，拍照，游泳。Mantabuan & Sibuan snorkelling

1530 结束一天行程。Journey ended

1630 到达仙本那镇上。Arrive Semporna jetty

2 岛行程简介 – 马达京路线 Mataking & Timba Timba Island

0830 在潜店集合。Pick up from hotel

0945 – 1000 到达丁巴岛 – 拖尾沙滩 体验潜水/浮潜/深潜/拍照, 不含登岛费RM10/人现场付款。Timba Timba Island，diving, snorkelling, and photo taking. Exclude park entrance fees RM10/pax.

1200 – 1300 到达马达京岛午餐。可以上岸， 不能进入度假村范围。 Arrival Mataking Island。 Lunch break

午餐过后 – 体验潜水/浮潜/深潜/拍照。After lunch  diving, snorkelling, photo taking.

2个浮潜/深潜点。 2 Snorkelling & diving points

2 岛行程简介 – 马步卡帕莱路线 Mabul & Kapalai

0830 在潜店集合。Pick up from hotel

0900 码头上船。穿上救生衣。准备出发。Get ready for departure

0945 – 1000 到达马步岛。体验潜水/浮潜/深潜/逛岛拍照。(进入马步度假村水屋-Mabul Water Bungalow拍照必须缴费马50/人)

Arrive Mabul Island – Diving, snorkelling, visiting Mabul village. For those who would like to enter Mabul Water Bungalow resort for photo taking, entry fees RM50/person will be charge at the entrance.

1200 – 1230 午餐。Lunch break

1330 出发卡帕莱。不能上岸 Kapalai

1400 自由浮潜/体验潜水/深潜 Diving & snorkelling

1400 行程结束。Journey ended

岛屿介绍

Semporna is located at the tip of Semporna Peninsula around Lahad Datu Bay, and is visited by tourists as a base for diving or snorkeling trips to Sipadan Island and Mabul Island. Besides these two islands, there are a few beautiful island that’s worth for a visit such as Tun Sakaran Marine Park, Mataking, Kapalai and Pom Pom island.

仙本拿是去西巴丹岛必经之地，由此坐快艇乘风破浪1小时许，便是海水清澈的潜水天堂了。在仙本拿吃海鲜是最便宜的，有鲜活的苏眉、石斑、瓜子栗、海底鸡，还有横行的螃蟹，全养在海里的网中，游客相中哪个，厨师用兜网一捞，在秤上称一称，刮鳞去脏，马上就下锅了。有名得海鲜餐厅有正宗肥妈，海中宝，天旺等等。想要买海产，可以到仙本拿菜市场，有各种各样晒干的海产 – 小鱼干，虾米，小花胶等等。

How to get there:

By Air Flights to Tawau Airport, from Kota Kinabalu take 55 minutes. From Kuala Lumpur it takes 2 and a half hours to get to Tawau, you then need to take a bus, taxi or minivan from Tawau airport to Semporna and from the jetty take a boat organized by your dive operators or resort to the Island. We arrange airport transfers too, price at RM25 per person per trip. 

要从中国前往仙本那，可乘坐的航空公司有俩个，马航和亚航，可以走俩条线路，从国内飞到马来西亚首都吉隆坡，然后转机飞往离仙本那镇最近的一个沙巴州城市—斗湖（TAWAU），或是从国内飞往沙巴州首府亚庇（Kota Kinabalu），然后转机斗湖。到了斗湖机场之后，可乘坐出租车或巴士前往仙本那镇，如果你预定的度假村提供接机服务，可在机场外等候你的接机人。车程大概70分钟。我们也有安排机场接送，每人马币25一程。

Sipadan Island

Travel to Sipadan Island, Sabah and discover more than 3000 species of fishes and good amounts of corals in this 600 metres (2,000 ft) island of Borneo. Sipadan Island which is located in the Celebes Sea off the east coast of Sabah is one of the richest aquatic habitations in the world. Not only that, Sipadan Island has also been regarded as one of the best destinations for diving in the world by many dive journals.

诗巴丹岛（Pulau Sipadan）被所有专业潜者评为世界最佳的潜水地点。诗巴丹岛是马来西亚唯一和陆地脱离的深海海岛，600米深的海床跃升至海面形成蘑菇状的海岛，是绝佳的海底潜水花园。在诗巴丹岛海底世界里，许多鱼群在五彩缤纷的珊瑚间游来游去，让潜水者大开眼界，乐而忘返。潜水者还可看到成千上万的鱼群密集在一起形成台风眼状的奇景，让潜水者永世难忘。

潜水者一定不可错过这里的海底山洞。位于诗巴丹岛的海龟洞穴等地充满了五颜六色的珊瑚及奇异的鱼儿。坐落在诗巴丹岛最北部的海龟洞穴里可看到成群的银色清道夫、兵士鱼及荧光鱼。

欲前往诗巴丹岛，游客可以从仙本那出发，乘搭快艇到西巴丹岛，约一个半小时左右。为了保护这个大自然所赐予的世界顶级潜水点，诗巴丹岛目前每一天只开放给120名游客进入.

诗巴丹岛潜点众多，但最好几个潜点集中在北面 – 海狼风暴点（Barracuda Point）， 珊瑚花园（Coral Garden)， 白鳍鲨大道（White ━tip Avenue )， 龟墓 Turtle Tomb （Drop off）南端角（SOUTH POINT ）鹿角顶饰（STAGHORNCREST ）龙虾穴（LOBSTER LAIR）悬挂花园（HANGING GARDEN ）西山脊（WEST RIDGE）

 Mabul Island  马步

Mabul Island is the second best diving spots after Sipadan Island in Semporna, is is famous for “muck” diving. It is a small island off the south-eastern coast of Sabah in Malaysia. The island has been a fishing village since the 1970s. Then in the 1990s, it first became popular to divers due to its proximity to Sipadan Island.

Located 15 km from Sipadan, this 20-hectare piece of land surfaces 2–3 meters above sea level, consists mostly flat grounds and aerial view is oval-shaped. Surrounding it are sandy beaches, perched on the northwest corner of a larger two square kilometer reef.

马布岛（英文名称Mabul Island ），位于马来西亚仙本那（Semporna），是一处在菲律宾和东马来西亚之间的海洋中的海岛，马布岛上大概有2000居民，马布岛外面海域的适宜浮潜和岛上休闲，是世界上顶级“漫潜”的地点之一。海岛四周由沙滩围拢而成，位于一块占地200公顷礁石的西北角落上。岛屿海域生活着大群的海洋微小生物，有许多形形色色的生物，如虾、鳗鱼和虾虎鱼等等。位于距离著名潜水胜地西巴丹岛仅约十五分钟捷艇船程的马布岛，已晋身为世界最佳浮潜(在浅沙海床水域漫游泅潜)据点之一，它是周遭拥有斜沙滩，西北角耸立在一幅两百公顷大珊瑚礁上的一个卵形岛屿。著附在陆架边缘及被海床环绕的珊瑚礁，倾斜深达廿五至三十公尺。

Kapalai Island 卡帕莱

Kapalai, at the edge of the Ligitan Reef, has been little more than a sand bank. It‘s shallow reef on the protected north end, sloping from just beneath the surface to approximately 20 meters, is teeming withfish life in all colors, and the sharp eyes of our dedicated dive masters can help you to spot such incredible critters like clown frogfish, mandarin fish, nudibraches, flambuoyant cuttlefish, mantis shrimpto name but a few.

At the southern end of the reef a slope runs down to just about 12m where a long but narrow sandy area is a favorite hiding place for sting rays and turtles can be found resting at coral formations to both sides. By venturing further out to the deep end sightings of whitetip reef sharks are also common. Kapalai can be reached from Semporna within approximately 40 minutes.

Tun Sankaran Marine Park 敦山嘉兰海洋公园

The Semporna Marine Park encompasses eight islands and is the largest marine park in Sabah. The area is renowned by divers for the diversity of marine life, with hundreds of coral and fish species abounding. The islands themselves also host rare birds and wonderful flora. Around 2000 people live on the islands and are known as the Sea Gypsies, they have a unique nomadic seafaring lifestyle and these days help to manage and protect the park.

在仙本那海洋公园包括八个岛屿，是沙巴最大的海洋公园。该地区是著名的潜水与具有多样化与丰富海洋生物与数百种珊瑚和鱼类。这些岛屿本身也住着珍稀鸟类和美妙的植物。有大约 2000人居住在岛屿，他们被称为海上吉普赛人 (水上巴么族)，他们有一个独特的游牧生活和航海方式并帮助管理和保护着这个公园。

Boheydulang – One of the main purpose to visit Bohey Dulang Island is to trek to the peak for this amazing view. 

波依度朗，也叫睡美人岛，从山上俯看让人惊叹不已。  岛得后面大概有10户巴夭族人家。

Sibuan  is located approximately 30 minutes by speed boat, locally known as ‘Battleship Island’ for it‘s extinctive shape. Sibuan Island got a gentle falling, white sandy beach that is perfect for swimmers and non swimmers alike; someone can play in the shallows without being worried about stepping on any sharp coral.

军舰岛，此岛的海水最漂亮，干净透彻，颜色多样。这里也是在仙本那的潜店教学的地方。

Maiga/Gaya A short boat ride from Sibuan Island to Maiga Island to visit the sea gypsies village. They are also known as Bajau Laut (Bajau of the sea) as they live almost all their entire life on the sea. Some of them get land sick when they move onto the land.

 

麦加岛/加亚
巴夭族最大的聚居区，孩子也最多，估计30-50户人家，此处有大片的海草，适合拍出悬浮船的效果。  

Mantabuan Island located behind the ancient volcano of Bohedulang, can be reached within app. 40min from Semporna.  Located northeast from the ancient volcano of Bohedulang, Mantabuan is one of the best islands in the area for manta rays, especially when the currents pick up. Eagle rays and devil rays can often be found in the blue as well. The real star of Mantabuan though is the black coral. 

曼达布安岛，只有几户渔民，这里有几颗斜长向大海的椰子树成为我最喜欢的内容。另外此岛还有不少的海龟出没。

Mataking Island & Timba Timba is famous for its diving sites. The water here is clear and clean. Mataking Island is far away from Semporna. It took almost 45 minutes to reach Semporna town from Mataking Island. Pulau Mataking is a fairly new destination for divers who are drawn by the largely unexplored dive sites. The Alice Channel, a 100-150m fracture in the continental shelf connects Pulau Mataking to the enormous ocean depths of nearby Pulau Sipadan, guarantees the diver a rich variety of marine life offering both macro and pelagic diving.

马达京海岛（Mataking Island）位于马布岛北部上端，临近诗巴丹岛。游客可从仙本那租船前往，行程约40分钟。栖息在马达京水域的海洋生态，涵盖了浮游生物和体型较大的海族类，最吸引海底摄影家、潜水新手、甚至是资深潜者。马达京岛东面海岸是一片倾斜坠入深度至一百米的珊瑚崖，而在西面，大部分是珊瑚峭壁，深度也达一百米。不少潜水者评述马达京海底色彩生动的珊瑚，确实是各种类海洋生物的天堂。这里出没的海族类有奔驻彩虹、蝙蝠鱼、隆头鹦鹉鱼、梭鱼、玳瑁、龙虾、巨蛤蜊及蓝点鳐等。马达京岛周边不仅有多处不能错过的探潜点，还是蜜月旅行的游客们青睐的浪漫度假胜地。
